COVID-19 UPDATES: We require all guests to wear a mask while at Escape. on Queen. If you are not wearing one our employees will kindly ask you to put one on and masks must cover mouth and nose. We ask that if you (or anyone in your group) have tested positive or are experiencing fever/chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea within the past 14 days please reschedule your reservation. All rooms will be cleaned and sanitized between groups, because of this we ask for your patience as we modify our schedule to allow for this additional cleaning. What is an Escape. room?
An Escape. room is a physical adventure where players gather in a room, they find clues and solve a series of puzzles to Escape. before time is up.

COVID-19 UPDATE: All rooms will be privately booked from now until further notice, because of this change, a minimum 50% of the room must be reserved at the time of booking. The Tavern can accommodate up to 10 guests and requires at least 5 guests to book. A maximum of 8 players will be allowed to book September 1777 and The Hideout rooms (minimum of 4 tickets to reserve). Shipwrecked is ideal for 4-6 players (minimum 3 tickets).
Will I really be in a locked room?
No, not technically. All of the doors in front of you will be locked and in order to successfully complete the room you must progress through the series of locked doors. An emergency exit is always available.
Can we book a party with you?
COVID-19 UPDATE: ABSOLUTELY! We can’t wait to host your next group event, we specialize in corporate events, team building events, birthday parties, showers and all special occasion events. Feel free to call with any questions as we are continually changing our group accommodation due to CDC recommendations for group gatherings.

Do I need a reservation to play a game at Escape.?
We highly recommend a reservation, just click on any Book Now buttons to book your escape experience. If you don’t see the time you were hoping to come please give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you and your group.
What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
COVID-19 UPDATE: Please notify us as soon as possible if you or someone in your party are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. We ask that you do not come into Escape. if you or a group member has tested positive for COVID-19 OR has had a cough, shortness of breath, fever, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or have been in contact with a COVID-19 positive person within the past 14 days. Please call to reschedule.
Non-COVID-19 related cancellations may be done up to 72 hours prior to your booked date, changing your reservation maybe done up to 24 hours before your scheduled reservation. Changes in booking may be done by following instructions in the confirmation email you received after booking. Is Escape. handicap accessible?
Our building meets ADA code but if you need additional accommodation we will do our best to help.
What happens if I/we arrive late?
We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes BEFORE your reservation time. The game begins at exactly the time you reserved and YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER AFTER THAT TIME. Please allow time to use the restroom if needed before starting. We are located near several great restaurants and cafes so feel free to come early to take advantage of all the great opportunities within walking distance of Escape. There will be no refunds or rescheduling if you arrive late.
COVID-19 UPDATE: It is absolutely essential that you arrive 15 minutes before your reserved start time so that we can have adequate time to clean and sanitize rooms between use.
Are you accessible by public transportation?
Yes we are, check out the Red Rose Transit Authority for routes and times. Remember you will need to arrive 10-15 minutes before your reservation time.
What happens if I need to step out of the room while the game is in progress?
We ask that once the game has started you don’t leave the room as this can distract from the experience. If you arrive 10-15 minutes before your reservation time that should allow you enough time to use the restroom and get a drink if you would like.
What Age Is Appropriate For The Escape. Experience?
Nearly everyone can enjoy Escape. Persons ages 14-17 may play without a supervising adult but must have a signed waiver, ages 6-14 may play Escape. rooms but there must be an adult present in the room. There is no maximum age, in fact, life experience can only be helpful!
How often do the rooms and puzzles change?
We will change the rooms every 12-24 months allowing you to continue to enjoy Escape. Visit our website or Facebook page to keep up to date with the latest news about what rooms are coming!
Do I have to book a private party to celebrate an event?
No, if you would like to come and celebrate an event (birthday, anniversary, bachelor/bachelorette party etc.) just book the entire room and leave a us a comment when booking to let us know what you’re celebrating. If you would like to incorporate something special into the room (a ring perhaps) we are happy to accommodate, just send us an email or give a call to arrange a time to drop off your special item or arrange a secret drop off at the time of your event. If you would like access to our private party room you must book a private party and call to reserve the space.
