Donation Requests

One thing we love as a Escape. on Queen family is to be able to give back to our community in a number of ways.

If you have a cause or an event you would like us to donate to, please fill out our donation request form.

Once submitted, our team will review your request.

Please Note: All donation requests must be accompanied by some form of literature or a website

about your organization/event. If approved, you will need to set up a time with our staff to

pick up your donation. Donations cannot be delivered or mailed. We reserve the right to deny

any requests due to amount of submissions or at discretion of management.
